Whether you’re looking for more meaning and wellbeing in your career and work life, or you are a leader desiring to develop your own authentic leadership style, my mission is to support you to thrive at work.
I work with individuals worldwide to support them in achieving their professional goals; and with organisations and their leaders, to ensure that their employees are both engaged and thriving within their working environment.
My desire to help individuals thrive at work stems from challenges that I’ve experienced throughout my own career.
From these challenges, I’ve discovered and implemented effective solutions and now seek to support others to do the same.
I am so happy to have found a career that is absolutely in alignment with my personal values, strengths and interests.
I gain so much energy, joy and satisfaction from coaching others and observing as my clients benefit from the process.
I have more than 15 years of coaching experience: senior leaders to CEO level in my former Communications and Engagement roles; and individuals with their career challenges, as an in-house Career Coach and in my coaching practice.
I’ve seen first-hand the incredible transformative results that coaching can have. My clients, who are located worldwide, have all achieved results that were beyond their expectations. I’ve also experienced many hours as a coaching client, and have made positive life-changing decisions as a result. I’ll continue to work with my own wonderful coaches who support me to be the best version of myself.
My Coaching Style
My style of coaching is holistic, structured, solution-focused and values and strengths-based. My clients have described my coaching as calm, warm, supportive and empathetic. I apply positive psychology and evidence-based practices to every coaching session and encourage my clients to utilise their strengths to find solutions to meet their goals. I’m dedicated to being the best coach that I can be and am committed to continuous education and supervision to ensure my skills and knowledge are always at their best.

And a few things about me…
I live with my husband and two young daughters on the edge of a small village near beautiful Baden in Switzerland
I’m originally from Australia & grew up in Brisbane & Sydney
Even though I’ve lived in Switzerland for nearly 15 years, & also now have Swiss citizenship, I still have to pinch myself that I call it home
… but I still very much miss my family, the sound of lorikeets and kookaburras, and the smell of salty air and gum trees
When I left school I studied primary teaching (and dropped out), finished my first uni degree (MA Strategic Communication) when I was 40 and started my second one (not sure if it’s my last either!) when I was 43 – proving it’s never too late!
I lived in Japan when I was 23 to improve my Japanese and experience a culture I had loved since I was a little girl
I have a very varied career background… swimming teacher for toddlers, customer service in a bank, inbound tourism for Japanese visitors, waitressing in Japan, a 15-year career in communications / engagement / marketing… and now I’ve found my perfect career – coaching
Being in nature gives me so much peace as well as energy & I absolutely love camping, hiking and biking in the alps
My favourite places in the world are anywhere in the alps, Noosa, North Queensland, Hawaii, Provence & the west coast of Sweden
I love fairy lights and glitter
My VIA signature character strengths are humility, fairness, honesty, kindness and prudence & MBTI profile is ISFJ
